We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our dealership. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate department (Sales/Service)
- Manage walk-in enquiries and maintain visitor records
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to relevant departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Offer refreshments to customers (if applicable)
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer handling
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality and professional behavior
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
