Qualification: Graduate (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing preferred)
Experience: 2–3 years in healthcare staffing or home healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating for deployment of nurses/GDAs
Maintaining staff database and rosters
Vendor coordination for staff hiring and management
Handling staff grievances and attendance
Timely deployment and replacement of GDA/Nursing staff.
Track attendance, leave records, and staff availability.
Payment collection.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare staffing processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent staffing requirements.
Compensation
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
