About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive – Individual Tours (FIT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and selling customized domestic and international holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, preparing itineraries, and coordinating bookings to ensure seamless travel experiences. FIT consultants typically handle customer requirements, itinerary creation, bookings, supplier coordination, and travel documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Design customized FIT itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Manage flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfer, cruise, and visa-related bookings.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records and booking details in CRM.
- Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and travel-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in FIT Holiday Sales or Travel Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in itinerary preparation and package costing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and travel portals.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of visa procedures and travel documentation is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
