We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering projects successfully.
Exceptional client management skills, particularly in handling projects with multiple stakeholders; you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects working closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, designers, test engineers and stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Expertise in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. You will create and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying critical tasks, dependencies, and resource management, Manage project escalation and changes in Scope.
Proactively Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. Adhere to Project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress.
You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders - ensure transparency, optimal resource utilization, timely task completion, and effective project outcomes. Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and client stakeholders to provide updates.
Involves demonstrating a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional area, staying informed/up to date on industry best practices - including security, governance and privacy.
Manage multiple projects, work on concurrent activities; Able to prioritize personal workload and team work load to optimize project delivery.
Effective in creating a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Driven to enable the project team to surface and resolve issues that affect project delivery.
