About the Role
We are looking for a Site Project Engineer – Civil / Mechanical to oversee the fabrication & installation of OOH Media infrastructure at our Bhogapuram International Airport project site.
This is a hands-on site role involving supervision of civil works, structural fabrication, erection and installation, along with contractor coordination, quality monitoring and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil, fabrication, erection and installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators and internal project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor site progress, materials, measurements and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and execution bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with airport authorities regarding site access, permits, material movement and other site requirements.
- Maintain site records, photographs and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Support inspections, snag rectification and project handover.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–2 years in site execution, civil works, steel fabrication, or project coordination.
- Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings, basic MS Excel/Word skills, and clear communication.
- Mobility: Willingness to reside at Bhogapuram for 6–7 months (company-provided accommodation) and relocate to Mumbai/other project sites thereafter.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
