- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students on retail operations and customer service.
- Train students on sales techniques, communication skills, grooming standards, and professional behaviour required in the retail industry.
- Provide knowledge on billing procedures, POS systems, stock handling, visual merchandising, and store management basics.
- Prepare students for interviews, workplace ethics, and overall job readiness in the retail sector.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical activities as per the training curriculum.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, mock interviews, and regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, assessment records, and training documentation.
- Motivate and mentor students to improve confidence, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate with placement and management teams for student mobilization, assessments, and placement support.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment within the training centre.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
