Job Description – Fashion Designer
Position: Fashion Designer
Industry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Key Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands.
- Create innovative designs, sketches, and seasonal collections.
- Develop design concepts based on buyer and market requirements.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, and accessories for new collections.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Prepare technical specifications, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Review sample garments and recommend necessary design modifications.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, cost targets, and production feasibility.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and competitor products.
Required Skills:
- Strong creativity and fashion sense.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW (preferred).
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, colors, and textile printing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in the garment or apparel industry.
Compensation & Working Details:
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Noida, Sector 63.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
