Job Summary
SacredCycle LLP is looking for a Sustainability Operations Intern to support an early-stage circular economy startup working on innovative waste-to-value solutions in Varanasi.
This internship offers practical exposure to startup operations, field research, data collection, and business execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map potential raw material sources across Varanasi
- Conduct field visits and collect data on volume, timings, and logistics feasibility
- Interact with local stakeholders and explore partnership opportunities
- Support sourcing strategy, route planning, and operational systems
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and progress updates
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
- Student or fresher interested in startups, sustainability, operations, or business development
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable with field work and local travel in Varanasi
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel preferred
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
