Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound customer calls and provide product/service information. This is a non-target-based role focused on customer support, query handling, and lead coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Maintain positive communication with customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during interactions.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Polite and professional behaviour.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
