Job Summary
- Jaywant Group is hiring an energetic and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day on-site construction, labor allocation, and quality checks across our multi-segment portfolio of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily civil execution works including layout marking, excavation, RCC foundations, brickwork, slab casting, and finishing activities.
- Assign clear tasks to contractors and site laborers, tracking daily output to ensure timeline adherence.
- Monitor incoming material quality, manage structural inventory, and strictly minimize material wastage on site.
- Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), track measurement sheets, and update the project management team at HQ.
- Enforce strict compliance with structural architectural drawings and maintain "Zero-Accident" site safety standards.
Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of on-site construction experience (exposure to residential apartments, commercial hubs, or industrial warehouses is a plus).
- Skills: Proficient in reading structural blueprints and architectural drawings. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
