Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive – International Marketing to generate business opportunities in international markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in lead generation and customer engagement, and the ability to build strong relationships with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new international business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Reach out to potential customers and introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert opportunities into business.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team during the order process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, Business Development, or International Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in B2B international sales.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international business processes is an added advantage.
