We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee interior project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate has field experience in interior works and can independently manage sites, vendors, timelines, and clients.
Key Responsibilities :- Manage day-to-day execution of interior projects on site. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, fabricators, and other vendors. Monitor work quality and ensure it matches approved designs and specifications. Track project timelines and flag delays proactively. Handle material procurement coordination and maintain records. Communicate project updates to the founder and to clients. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct. Review work at each stage before moving to the next.
Requirements :- 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods. Ability to read drawings and understand design specifications. Good communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi and basic English. Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and basic documentation.Two-wheeler and willingness to travel to project sites. Honest, accountable, and quality-conscious work ethic.
Good to Have:- Experience with modular kitchens and custom furniture projects. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or any design software. Prior experience handling client-facing communication on site.
