- Oversee daily construction, repair and maintenance operations to ensure work aligns with approved blueprints and specifications.
- Assist by preparing rough and detailed cost estimates for raw materials, labor, and equipment.
- Support labour management, material handling, and coordination of on-site tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
- Conducte site measurements, layout marking, and quantity checks while ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage the safe storage of construction materials.
- Conduct routine field tests on materials and monitor safety protocols to maintain project standards.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery (lathes, drills, grinders) to cut, shape, and fit raw metals to exact specifications.
- Candidate should be willing to travel outside Kerala whenever required.
- Candidate should have fluency in Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
- Candidate from Thrissur location preferred.
