RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
→ Generate leads & identify new business opportunities
→ Handle client communication & relationship management
→ Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closure
Human Resources:
→ Handle recruitment, screening & onboarding
→ Maintain employee records & attendance
→ Support day-to-day HR operations & coordination
