Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations
- Supervise and train loan processing staff
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met
- Promote gold loan products to potential customers
- Meet and exceed branch financial targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Prepare and present branch performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive loan growth
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
