We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, measurement, and billing for civil and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute site activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Prepare and process client and subcontractor billing.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil/interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, rate analysis, measurements, and billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Borivali H.O, Mumbai, Maharashtra
