We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium linen western wear for international customers through Etsy and other global marketplaces. Every order is made-to-order, which means quality, customization, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can develop market-driven products, communicate confidently with international customers, and coordinate closely with our production team to ensure every order is executed accurately.
This is not just a designing role. It combines creativity, product development, customer communication, and production coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development
- Research international fashion trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Identify new product opportunities from global marketplaces and fashion websites.
- Develop commercially viable designs that have strong selling potential.
- Finalize colors, styling details, fabric combinations, and design modifications.
Design Development
- Guide the AI Creative Team regarding design changes, colors, styling, and overall product appearance.
- Review AI-generated concepts and approve final product designs before listing.
Customer Communication
- Communicate professionally with international customers regarding sizing, customization, and design clarification.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into production-ready instructions.
- Resolve design-related queries before production begins.
Production Coordination
- Prepare and explain Tech Sheets for every order.
- Coordinate with the Stitching Master to clarify measurements, construction details, and design specifications.
- Ensure every made-to-order garment is produced exactly as approved.
Quality & Product Improvement
- Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback.
- Suggest better finishes, design improvements, and value additions.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to identify products with higher sales potential.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of women's western wear.
- Good fashion sense and color coordination.
- Ability to identify market trends.
- Good written English communication.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and stitching.
- Ability to prepare Tech Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design.
- Experience in women's western wear.
- Experience with international customers will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted design workflows is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,510.48 - ₹42,373.96 per month
