- To work efficiently, quickly, and productively while striving for excellence.
- Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposal.
- To handle a project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- To understand and deliver architecture/MEP parameters of a project and spatial planning and efficient co-ordination with different consultants and vendors
- Should constantly look for innovation and creativity while maintain design principles of the firm for every new project.
Required Candidate profile.
- Should have a strong design sensibility and motivation to implement design
- Attention to detail, inclination to achieve details, prioritization, and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar etc.)
- Print and electronic media exposure, Website management would carry additional weightage.
