Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Diploma in Textile fresher to join our team. The candidate will receive practical exposure to textile operations, production, quality, and related processes while working closely with the senior team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the senior team in day-to-day textile operations and production activities.
- Support fabric inspection, quality checking, and maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in monitoring production processes and maintaining required records.
- Learn and understand textile manufacturing processes, machinery, and workflow.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare basic reports.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
- Identify and report production or quality-related issues to the supervisor.
- Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills Required
- Diploma in Textile / Textile Technology.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing and production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
