Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Monolayer Film Blowing Machine Operator to operate and maintain film extrusion machines for manufacturing biodegradable plastic films. The candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation, quality control, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Monolayer Film Blowing Machines safely and efficiently.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, air pressure, die gap, and speed.
- Produce biodegradable film as per production specifications.
- Monitor film thickness, width, and quality during production.
- Change raw materials and maintain proper material feeding.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine issues with the maintenance team.
- Minimize production wastage and machine downtime.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Monolayer Film Blowing Machines.
- Understanding of biodegradable polymer processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine problems.
- Good knowledge of film quality parameters.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass.
- Technical certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years in Film Blowing Machine operation (Biodegradable/Flexible Packaging industry preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
