We are looking for 3 ambitious and highly capable professionals to join the leadership team of an established jewellery retail business.
This position goes significantly beyond traditional store management. We are looking for people who can gradually take end-to-end responsibility for major areas of the business, work closely with the owner and develop a deep understanding of how a successful jewellery retail operation is run.

What You'll Be Responsible For-
The role will involve a combination of:
- Store and team management
- Jewellery purchasing and inventory planning
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Vendor coordination and negotiations
- Jewellery customization and order management
- Seasonal demand and stock planning
- Sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitoring accounts and operational records
- Identifying and solving day-to-day business challenges
- Reviewing store performance and suggesting improvements
- Maintaining regular reporting and communication with the owner

Knowledge of MMI jewellery inventory/stocking software will be an advantage. Candidates without prior MMI experience should be comfortable learning new systems quickly.
Previous jewellery or premium retail experience will be preferred.
