As a Telecaller Intern, you will communicate with prospective clients, explain our software solutions, qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain customer records. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people and want to build a career in sales, customer engagement, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce MIT products and services to prospects.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Update CRM with lead and communication details.
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
