The Real Estate Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new property opportunities that align with the company’s growth and investment strategy. This role involves market research, site selection, deal sourcing, and building relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential real estate opportunities (commercial, residential, or mixed-use) based on company objectives
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to assess property viability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, landlords, and property owners
- Evaluate sites based on location, demographics, footfall, accessibility, and financial return potential
- Lead site visits, property inspections, and initial due diligence processes
- Negotiate terms and support deal structuring in coordination with legal and finance teams
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective properties and track deal progress
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, design) to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior management
