Position: Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and amenities.
- Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste management procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Respond to guest or occupant requests courteously and promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet organizational cleanliness standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent (often preferred).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
- May require standing and walking for extended periods.
- Involves lifting, pushing, and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Work may include weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
