Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with course inquiries and potential clients.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details and business services.
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
- Build relationships with students and business owners.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confidence in handling calls and meetings.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in Education Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, or Business Development.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
