Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in machinery, panels, motors, and wiring systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of plant equipment.
- Install electrical wiring, lighting systems, control panels, motors, and equipment.
- Assist in commissioning of new machines and electrical systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Identify electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace defective electrical components, cables, switches, relays, contactors, and circuit breakers.
- Minimize equipment downtime through prompt fault rectification.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during repair and maintenance activities.
- Assist external contractors during electrical maintenance and project work.
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and industrial wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems (preferred).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
