Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business growth by promoting our industrial process safety products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, technical sales, customer relationship management, and field marketing activities across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from industrial customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and distributors.
- Generate inquiries and convert them into sales orders.
- Conduct regular customer visits, plant visits, and field marketing activities.
- Promote company products through technical discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, expos, and technical seminars to promote company products, strengthen brand presence, and generate qualified business leads.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, technical sales, or engineering product marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
- Knowledge of process equipment, industrial safety products, or EPC projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
