Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Light & Life Speech & Language Therapy Clinic is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for children and adults with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders. The therapist will work closely with families and other rehabilitation professionals to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers with home programs and carryover strategies.
- Prepare assessment reports, therapy notes, and other clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, behavioral therapists, special educators, and other professionals for holistic intervention.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and parent counselling sessions.
- Maintain ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional documentation.
- Contribute to awareness programs, workshops, and clinic initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitation is preferred.
- Freshers with strong clinical skills and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply.
