Frontier Automotive Private Limited is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) to strengthen our customer engagement and support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up on sales leads, test drives, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain customer records.
- Conduct post-sales and post-service feedback calls (PSF).
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Follow up for service due dates, insurance renewals, and warranty expirations.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in CRE, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Support.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
