Shift timings – Flexible Shift:- (10am-7pm) ,(10:30am-7:30pm),(11am-8pm),(11:30am-8:30pm),(12noon-9 pm).

Position Summary
We are looking for a senior-level TA / HR Manager with 8–10 years of experience to lead endto-end talent acquisition across the organization. The role involves hiring senior and mid-level positions PAN India (North, South, East, West) and ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Hire senior-level managers, GMs, and other managerial/executive roles as per company requirements. o Ensure timely closure of open positions across departments including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and more.
- Candidate Assessment & Communication:
- Assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding & Follow-up:
- Follow up with selected candidates for 2–3 months post-joining. o Ensure role clarity, integration with teams, and address initial concerns to ensure retention.
- Client & Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
- Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing:
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Source talent via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Process Optimization & Automation:
- Implement recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and tools to monitor performance.
- Time Management & Reporting:
- Handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Maintain detailed reports on recruitment status, candidate pipeline, and analytics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition / HR management.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and tight deadlines efficiently.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to organizational goals.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, HR tools, and process automation.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical hiring practices.

Male/female both can be considered but on high priority male would be good.

Consultancy preferred (who is done recruitment for Manufacturing and Petrochemical Manufacturing company recruitments
Petrochemical background preferred.
Pay: ₹15,509.83 - ₹90,000.00 per month
