We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our digital marketing strategy, managing campaigns across various channels, and driving brand awareness and lead generation. You will blend creative thinking with analytical skills to optimize our online presence and ensure our marketing efforts deliver a strong return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
- Social Media Management: Maintain a content calendar, create engaging posts, and manage daily activity across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to foster community engagement.
- SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, optimise website content and landing pages for search engines, and collaborate with the content/design team to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Paid Advertising: Support the management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) by monitoring budgets, A/B testing ad copy, and adjusting targeting for maximum ROI.
- Email Marketing: Design, write, and dispatch email campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip sequences using tools like [Mailchimp / HubSpot / Klaviyo].
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and native platform insights. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to highlight trends, wins, and areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to suggest new growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience running ads on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and basic CRM management.
- Creative Aptitude: Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics (basic Canva or Adobe Suite skills are a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational habits, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
