JCP is hiring a Fullstack Developer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting a large-scale retail enterprise platform.If you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications in a modern microservices ecosystem, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration
- Contribute to Merchandising, Catalog, and CMS feature development
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
Required Technical Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Fullstack development
- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components, State Management)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with build tools such as Maven/Gradle
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles
Good to Have
- Experience or exposure to Java 21 (preferred)
- Experience in Retail / eCommerce domain
- Experience working on Merchandising, Product Catalog, or CMS platforms
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience in performance optimization for high-traffic applications
