Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in Uni Prime Build Tech. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and office registers.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Manage courier, mail, and basic administrative tasks.
- Support HR and administrative activities as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience 1-2years (compulsary)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
