Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Solar Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for door-to-door sales and generating leads for rooftop solar systems in residential areas. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers for solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2C leads through door-to-door field visits
- Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential customers
- Explain solar system benefits, cost savings, and government subsidies to customers
- Conduct site visits and basic requirement understanding
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer data
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales / Door-to-Door Sales
- Experience in Solar EPC sales will be preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to travel within the city for customer meetings
- Basic understanding of solar products is an advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
