- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor technicians and apprentices to meet performance targets.
- Quality Assurance: Perform technical checks, test drives, and quality control on vehicles before delivery.
- Operations & Safety: Maintain workshop cleanliness (5S), safety standards, and organize tools/bays.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle technical queries, resolve customer complaints, and assist in vehicle delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Manage spare parts availability and coordinate with spare parts managers to avoid delays.
