Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and engineering sectors
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, and closure
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations) for smooth project execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical knowledge in mechanical / electrical systems and products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings will be helpful.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Profile
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Sc
- 2 - 5 years’ Experience in industrial sales / project sales preferred.
- Exposure to B2B sales environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
