Strivant Health is a fast-growing Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management company. HR Director - Global Compliance - Position Summary
At Strivant Global, we’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking leader within HR operations and compliance to support our fast-growing Mysore, India headquarters. In this role, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions. You will partner with leadership to drive scalable HR programs, ensure compliance, strengthen employee engagement, support continued organizational growth, and optimize the systems that power our people and our mission. What You’ll Do – Your Impact Matters
As our HR Director - Global Compliance, you will:
Lead all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth
Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring strong performance and development
Oversee HR operations, HRMS systems, reporting, and analytics
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity) and labor laws
Drive workforce planning and scalable hiring strategies
Lead employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll accuracy
Implement performance management and succession planning programs
Build and enhance learning & development and internal training initiatives
Partner with leadership on organizational design, culture, and change management
Standardize HR policies, processes, and SOPs
Manage external vendors (background verification, recruitment, benefits)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
7–10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions
Strong expertise in payroll, compliance, HR operations, and employee relations
Experience leading HR teams and managing multi-functional HR responsibilities
Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS and data-driven HR management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience in global or multi-location organizations preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred
