Branch Head / Operations Manager
Location: Damtal, Himachal Pradesh

Shivam Electro Tools is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Head / Operations Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our industrial tools business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team and daily staff operations
- Monitor sales, quotations, follow-ups and customer enquiries
- Handle important customers and resolve operational issues
- Oversee stock, dispatch and inventory coordination
- Monitor payment recovery and outstanding accounts
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations
- Train, guide and monitor employee performance
- Take ownership and make operational decisions
- Run the branch efficiently in the owner's absence
- Submit daily/weekly performance reports to management
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Branch Management, Sales Operations or Business Operations
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Experience in B2B sales/distribution preferred
- Knowledge of stock, sales, customer handling and operations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and business reporting
- Candidates from Industrial Tools, Hardware, Electrical, Auto Parts, Machinery or B2B Distribution preferred
