Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inquiries from NRI (Non-Resident Indian) patients and their families regarding healthcare services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with international clients explaining healthcare packages scheduling appointments maintaining patient records and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with NRI patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding healthcare services, treatments, doctors, packages, and appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital staff to arrange consultations and treatment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update CRM/database regularly.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate confidently with NRI and international patients.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
