Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries.
- Assist customers with Domestic and International flight bookings.
- Sell holiday packages, hotels, visas, and travel-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, travel policies, and destinations.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow company quality and compliance standards.
