We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee residential/commercial interior design projects from planning to execution. The candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, site teams, and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end interior projects from design approval to handover.
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and installation teams.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower and materials for projects.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management.
2. Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution as per expectations.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalation professionally.
- Share regular progress reports with clients.
3. Site Execution & Supervision
- Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly.
4. Vendor & Material Management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Track procurement schedules and material availability.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, timelines, and quality.
- Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
5. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Track project expenses and ensure cost optimization.
- Identify and minimize wastage or unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure project completion within approved budget limits.
6. Quality Assurance
- Ensure all works meet company quality standards and client expectations.
- Verify finishing quality, measurements, and installations.
- Resolve execution issues and maintain high-quality delivery.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including BOQ, drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly project status reports.
- Maintain records of site progress, payments, and approvals.
- Coordinate for final project handover and closure documentation.

Pay: ₹30,555.54 - ₹35,806.33 per month
