Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education, courses, colleges, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students.
- Follow up with student enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and presentation skills.
- Passion for counseling, customer interaction, and student success.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Student Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, EdTech, or Education is an added advantage.
