Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can conceptualize, design, and develop innovative collections aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of luxury aesthetics, fabric knowledge, and trend awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Research current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor brands
- Design seasonal collections for men’s
- Develop sketches, mood boards, and design concepts
- Select fabrics, colors, prints, and trims
- Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility
- Oversee sample development and fittings
- Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and fabric suppliers for sourcing and production
- Ensure designs align with brand positioning (luxury, modern, elegant)
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign styling and shoots
- Maintain design documentation and tech packs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in fashion/apparel design (freshers with strong portfolio can apply)
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit
- Creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Knowledge of Indian and international fashion trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or premium fashion brands
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian wear
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse designs
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce fashion brands
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
