Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.
Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
