Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales and helping students build successful careers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry.
- Experience in admission counselling or student counselling.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
