"• 4 - 6 years of experience in SNOW development. • Lead consulting and technical initiatives for ServiceNow platform, including design, configuration, development, and testing of Service Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules. • Expertise in Business Rules, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Workflows, and related tools. • Support implementation team by gathering requirements, managing configurations, and conducting QA and user testing. • Architect ITIL process implementations and prioritize development efforts. • Knowledge in creating and maintaining ACL's. • Knowledge on importing data into ServiceNow from third party applications • Strong client-facing communication skills (verbal and written). • Experience in an agile development environment. • Proficient in JavaScript, Web Services, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Record, Glide Ajax, etc.). • Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes. • ServiceNow AI Bot development/exposure"
