Job Summary :
Trip & Event is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand visibility across digital platforms. We are seeking a passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a flair for content creation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Plan, schedule, and execute social media content calendars.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer queries across all social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and build an active online community.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in brand promotions, events, photoshoots, and marketing activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
