Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and generate business for MEP, Electrical, ELV, and Engineering Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal teams to convert inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct client interactions.
- Acquire clients for MEP, Electrical, ELV, and Engineering Design & Execution projects.
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, architects, industries, facility managers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions to understand project requirements and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project Teams for preparation of BOQs, technical proposals, commercial quotations, and project submissions.
- Follow up on project inquiries, tenders, RFQs, and client requirements to ensure timely closures.
- Present company capabilities, services, and project solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in project closure activities.
- Support payment follow-ups and collection activities in coordination with the Accounts Department.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and project pipelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Submit periodic sales reports and updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, MEP services, electrical projects, engineering solutions, or industrial services.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MEP, Electrical, ELV, and Engineering Systems is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and customer needs.
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹10,500.30 - ₹40,000.00 per month
