Role: Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office
Experience: 0–1 Year
Salary: As per market standard
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Working Days: No fixed days or timings
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Support founders in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Manage scheduling, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research and R&D for business growth opportunities.
Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Help streamline processes and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Assist in planning and executing business strategies and special projects.
