Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in software and IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and expanding Identixweb's presence in domestic and international markets. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing the complete sales lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities for software development, e-commerce solutions, SaaS products, and IT services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social selling, email marketing, referrals, and networking activities.
- Oversee outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and prospect engagement.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, project estimates, and commercial agreements.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, contract finalization, and deal closures.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare business reports and forecasts.
- Identify partnership opportunities and strategic alliances to expand business reach.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking forums to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Services Sales, Software Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of software development, e-commerce platforms, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Experience in handling international clients across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
- Expertise in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and outbound sales strategies.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to independently manage high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
